Claire Hauchecorne, daughter and grand daughter of chefs and owners of a XVe century Inn in Normandy.

Food is her passion, salty as well as sweet and best quality is her aim.

What does Claire cook ?

Claire cooks for you everything which is on your menu from fresh and seasonal products, as local as possible. Home made is her motto, fresh pasta, ice cream, all different sauces, and of course the entire desserts are produced by Claire.
